My keys to the game: Robertson's ability to change speeds as well as establishing the change-up on the corner. His FB will have to be well placed and can not become predictable with his patterns, especially on the 1st pitch. Carpenter will have to get his curve over consistently, espec. against Monroe, I doubt he'll get a FB down the middle on the 1st pitch. Offensively, Detroit will have to force Carpenter to throw FB in FB counts by not chasing the high FB or the curv low and away. STL will be able to catch up to Robertson's FB and a RH'ed dominated line-up will eliminate Robertson's breaking ball unless Robertson does something he usually doesn't throw (backdoor curve).
