    Point taken, even if she is a surfer, and they weren't actually in the same room together, and clearly weren't allowed to wear logoed uniforms, and Baez was previously literally naked in a major publication. wasnt really trying to make a point, just thought it was funny

    I dunno, I think they meant to capture a large mix of different types of sports fans. I don't think you are necessarily out of touch if you can't recognize a surfer, skateboarder or motocross rider. I don't feel bad about not recognizing juju either. Is that Juju in the bottom left? I legit thought it was Lebron's 14 year old son or something

    Honestly, as far as this argument is concerned, it doesnt matter to me what Bryce does going forward. Unless you can tell me that in the history of baseball it is typical that every few years a 22 year old will win MVP with a 1.100+ OPS? The fact that this 22 year old MVP winner was also drafted 1.1 overall as a 17 year old and had 22 major league homeruns under his belt before he turned 20... I mean, I don't know how else to tell you that these kinds of players don't happen very often.

    Javy Baez had a very good all or nothing year but that doesnt change the fact that he's still an all or nothing player, and we want less of those, obviously.

    I feel like if we sign Bryce Harper its probably after we promise him that he will be surrounded by his All Star friends Anthony Rizzo and Kris Bryant. So I don't see us trading Anthony Rizzo or Kris Bryant.

    I think the "if it aint broke dont fix it" plan looks fine now but once we get back to the World Series and get our butts kicked by the Astros or Red Sox we will all be here agreeing that we need Bryce and more
