I don't think the Pirates pitching is "that bad", if that tells you anything. When you can beat, Snell, Gorzalanny (sp?), and Duke, that's a damn fine good weekend of work. The fact that the Cubs are on the verge of sweeping the Pirates without Zambrano seeing the hill in this series is quite the accomplishment. The offense has been really good so far. The pitching has been so-so. I'm hoping the pitching starts to turn it around (particularly Lilly, Hill, Howry, and Wuertz in that order), especially considering we're going to need it going into September.
