    I distinctly remember Terry Mulholland blowing a game at the Astrodome like that. I think it was a big game too, I just can't remember the context I seem to remember him gloving it and then soft tossing way over the the head of the 1b. I thought it was a lob. Either way, I hate it when pitchers botch those throws. yeah or you have rod beck hitting the runner. damn, that simple play seems to come up big time in big games.

    Me 2, I was like WTF. Orlando? Hell boras would ask for this much too. (i know you mean Miguel). Take a 25% 'haircut' off whatever Boras says and thats the top dollar that dude would receive/expect. Boras got lucky with his demands for Arod and now blabbers this crap all time. Its the Boras offseason, i hate it but iam actually finding it humurous nowadays.

    Why is that the consensus? Isnt it possible he's just pissed about pitching poorly enough to get pulled? Could be, not like im a mind reader :) im just assumig that guys dont like to be lifted for a guy that throws with the same arm.

    Thats always the gamble and sometime worth the risk. I play it safe and count on bonderman doing his work and making them 'start over' the next inning. If the pitcher sucked i might take the risk, but id play it safe in the WS. Your up by a run.
