  1. The most common line in Vegas was Vikings -5.5 I’m pretty sure in the few rare situations I’ve seen similar irrelevant end of game XPs, they have decided to kick the XP but this time with the fate of the bettors on the line they take a knee. Btw here is a Vegas sports book during the XP “attempt”
  2. One of those moments you only get a few times in your life as a sports fan. Congrats Vikes fans, enjoy it.
  3. I don’t know if it’s because the Bears have been so irrelevant for so long or because I don’t get as amped up about rivalries as I get older (with the exception of arch rivals) but I can’t say I’m rooting against the Vikings making it to the Super Bowl. Think it would be cool to see them make it with everything they’ve gone through with QBs the last couple of years. The last time they were a serious contender with Favre in the NFC title game I was very very against them but I just don’t feel the hate right now.
  4. I wanted to go at least 1-1 against Purdue and Sparty. After Tuesday I was hoping they didn’t miss their chance and obviously they didn’t. With the young talent on this team and the incoming recruiting class, I see a top 10 team in the near future
  5. 1 letter off
  6. I like Ridley, especially if we might be able to trade down to get him (I think I see him in the mid-teens in mock drafts). Draft Ridley, sign Landry and one other (not top of the line) receiver. You can entertain having Cohen spend more time in the slot (not full time but in a spread type of offense he could thrive). Then you can entertain bringing back Meredith (RFA) and having the last season of Kevin White, but not have to rely on those guys in order to have a successful WR unit.
  7. Umm does that ring say 11-3-15 on it?
  8. Try Imgur.com
  9. Not sure if this is the time he is talking about, but this video was taken with Urlacher still on the team I believe: [bbvideo=560,315] [/bbvideo]
  10. Better Lauri nickname: The Finnisher, The Markksman, or they're both dumb?
  11. I don't think Trestman failed because of lack of NFL coaching experience. Trestman had 17 years of NFL coaching experience, including 8 years as an Offensive Coordinator, before becoming the Bears HC. Kromer had 12 including a year as the Saints interim head coach while Payton was suspended. Mel Tucker had 9 including 6 as a coordinator and interim HC.
  12. Look like its happening. Interesting hire...I think I like it.
  13. What am i missing Panik was a bad contract. We get out of that contract and get a speedy young forward who puts up decent numbers and still has a high ceiling. He is an RFA after this year so if he doesn’t work out you can cut bait and save $3m in cap space by not having Panik Edit: oh and it creates cap space this season to make other moves
  14. Yessss I approve
  15. Apparently its going to be even earlier: [tweet]https://twitter.com/CarrieMuskat/status/951190536723058693[/tweet]
  16. Tom Cable jumps out as a name that would fit here although I am not sure if there is a link between Nagy and Cable. But the Seahawks just fired their OC so he might be willing to jump ship.
  17. Trade for Yelich and throw Castro in so we take on that contract and the Marlins save more money... then trade him to [insert another team in a rebuilding process] I’d trade Javy as the main piece for that package http://mlb.mlb.com/images/3/4/6/258900346/101717_baez_wag_2_med.gif
  18. https://twitter.com/mlbrostermoves/status/950937323272900608 Thank you for that one grand slam you hit Edit: beaten by seconds
  19. So Mitch grades higher then Watson but lower then Mahomes Odd FWIW, Mahomes literally played 1 game (week 17) so not much volume to grade him out.
  20. http://mlb.mlb.com/images/2/2/4/259101224/101917_chclaa_schwarber_dance_med_002_.gif
  21. I know people had a 'take it or leave it' attitude about Fangio, but I'd love if we somehow kept him. The defensive players seem to love him based on a few quotes ive seen, and it would be nice to have some consistency on that side of the ball.
