Eh. Just do our thing. If we can win today we just have to go 4-3 in the last homestand to almost certainly put it away. I’d rather see the Cardinals knocked out of the WC2 spot

Yeah, the Rockies are our only chance to prevent the Cards from making the playoffs. I hope them and the Dodgers win out. I’d so much rather face the Cards in the playoffs than the Dodgers. Maybe. This is me being a ninny but I really don’t want the Brewers or Cardinals to beat us. We are better than both but can obviously lose to either and I don’t want to take that chance

Too bad the Rockies won tonight, we could have clinched a playoff berth against the White Sox tomorrow with a win and Rox loss. Oh well will have to settle for celebrating at Wrigley but I’m guessing they will save it in anticipation of winning the division
