  1. Cue the "Just when they pulled me back in, I was pushed out again" gif
  2. Two-point conversion is from the 2. PAT from like the 15 or something like that. So, when they got the offsides they decided to go for 2 from half the distance to the goalline (AKA the 1), instead of the PAT from the 10. It still doesn’t make sense to me. The 2 point conversion attempt would have been from the 7 after the Broncos penalty or 20 if they go for one. The Bears commit a 5 yard penalty, so that would mean either a 2 point try from the 2 again, or if it’s half the distance to the goal since the penalty occurred inside the 10 yard line than it would be a try from 3.5 yards out. Not sure why regular football rules wouldn’t apply here even if it’s a special play
  3. Also, can anyone explain why a delay of game penalty, followed by an offsides penalty leads to a 2 point conversion attempt from the 1? Shouldn’t the offsides have negated the first penalty leading to a 2 point conversion try from the 2? Or could it have been half the distance from the goal, thus a 2 point try from the 3.5 yard line? Very confused how offsetting penalties ultimately benefit the Broncos?
  4. It wasn't roughing the passer, either. We got screwed on a couple calls. That’s a pretty big win. Good to see Mitch make a play and the kicker was nails. Yes I’m glad to see Mitch finally make a play too. Maybe he can make more than 1 next week :)
  5. Yeah I definitely don’t think they did and probably a bad play by whatever defender touched him down (I think? I forget if “giving yourself up” to be down is a thing)
  6. Nothing is fine obviously but they’ve bought themselves another week to figure out how to be good again. Reminds me a little of the 01-02 Bears except that the 01 Bears defense was definitely more of a fluke than the 18-19 one is
  7. Seriously though, did Nagy suffer some kind of brain loss over the offseason? Or did he switch bodies with Alicia Smith or something? What the hell is wrong with him?
  8. Lmao he’s so bad. Can Bray be worse?
  9. Good thing we used all those TOs and now we need a FG drive
  10. I’m sick of it. Just pick the right horsefeathering QB for once in your damn history.
  11. 3 receptions for 18 yards by Bears WRs today
  12. This is the most boring game the Bears will probably win ever
  13. This is seriously the 2005 Bears all over again
  14. Seriously what the horsefeathers is this horsefeathers
  15. Bare minimum keep pace w Cardinals this week and take 3 of 4 next weekend
  16. horsefeathering awful Mitch. 6 quarters without a TD
  17. And now we see why with Mitch under no pressure airmailing a wide open Gabriel 15 yards down field
  18. Geez, rookie Kyle Orton was given a less conservative offense than this. It’s working for the most part but boring as horsefeathers to watch aka the last 100 years of Bears football
  19. moustakas got it to 3-2 before hitting a pop up where the runner couldn’t try to score lol. 2 outs
  20. I know there’s been lots of arguing here about this but every single Brewers game the rest of the season is against one of the 5 worst teams in the NL. So what I’m saying is, it’s going to be hilarious when the Cardinals miss the playoffs
  21. So knowing that, best case is mild sprain and day to day, worst case maybe being a bad high ankle sprain and possibly out a month
  22. I swear Dig Dick Nick doubles in like 57.8% of his ABs. Am I right?
