  1. Moderate success is basically having 10 competent minutes of offense surrounded by 50 minutes of garbage
  2. Nagy is the king of “playing not to lose”.
  3. Drives me nuts that Nagy is going to run between the tackles twice and then Mitch is going to get sacked on 3rd down probably
  4. Anyone see Cohen hush the crowd after his TD? Combining that with Eddie Jackson’s comments on the score about how they aren’t playing for the fans anymore, I’m guessing the Bears pretty much hate their fans haha
  5. Out of curiosity, how many points per game would Andy Reid have with this offense?
  6. FWIW, Driskel started 5 games for the Bengals last year, basically 6 since he played most of the game Dalton was injured in. His stats last year: 60% comp %, 5.7 YPA, 6 TD, 2 INT Mitch’s stats this year: 63% comp %, 5.6 YPA, 5 TD, 3 INT
  7. Well either the Bears get a win or the Fire Nagy/Bench Mitch crowds get a lot more ammo
  8. What a win for the Illini. This has to be fun for the fans who have suffered through bad football the last decade.
  9. Nice job Gophers. If they win next week (big if at Iowa) they are pretty much certain to play Ohio State in Indy
  10. Wow crazy finish coming up
  11. The average score of an Ohio state game this season (if this MD game ended right now) is 49-7. Their schedule has been fairly weak but still that’s impressive which is hard to admit as a Michigan fan. Their closest win is by 24 points
  12. So interested in this game. Time to find out how good Minnesota is. They won a few really close games early against fairly weak competition (by 7 over SD St, by 3 in OT over Fresno State, by 3 over Georgia Southern. Then their Big Ten schedule has been pretty light so far too but they obviously turned some sort of corner as they started blowing those teams out (by 23 vs. Illinois, by 27 vs. Nebraska, by 35 vs. Rutgers and by 42 against Maryland). Now 3 of their last 4 games are against PSU, Iowa and Wisconsin. Should be interesting.
  13. Ross means business, kicking out former teammates from his staff.
  14. What the horsefeathers dude? The more him and Nagy talk, the less competent I think they are
  15. Borzello to bullpen coach maybe?
  16. When is the deadline to cut Mike Davis to receive the 4th round draft pick? His offensive snaps in the last 5 games: 1, 4, 0, 11, 0. Another RB off the street can provide you as much value and not cost you a mid-round pick. I know Pace has been careless with his draft picks but this one would take it to another level.
  17. Mike Davis cut?
  18. George Kittle was picked after Shaheen in that draft
  19. Apparently you can’t win a game on the road against a decent team by only playing offense for one half
  20. Why didn’t the Bears go for 2 after their first TD?
  21. If some team has done that in NFL history, it has to be the Bears
  22. I know Chase Daniel sucks but I’d love to see him come in for the 2nd half to see if it gives this lifeless team an energy boost
  23. First quarter yardage: Eagles - 121 Bears - -1
  24. Team doesn’t look focused of disciplined at all. This has all the signs of a blowout.
