It's sad that we think that way. We have the capacity to line doubles down the line like they just did. Wind blowing in shouldn't automatically mean there can't be any offense.

No one. They said he's been struggling in the first inning so lets have his first inning be against a more lefty heavy part of the lineup and have one less time against their best hitters.

Seiya has been solid defensively but I'm sorry he should not be waving off any fly balls that PCA can get to. Every time he goes to catch a fly ball I have flashbacks of the drops against Atlanta and Cincinnati.

I guess PCA is only going to be useful for his defense in this series. Seems to press very easily. Start of his career in 2023, start of 2024, start of 2025, long slump this year, now the start of his first playoff series. He was starting to look better at the end of the year, now he's up there guessing again and being over eager.

Yeah thats what I was just saying. Ultimately, Craig is smarter at baseball than us and has access to more data that goes way beyond "those guys faced him yesterday, bad idea" so I'll trust it was the right call.
