I love that the postgame discussion after taking 2 of 3 from the best team in baseball to get their 13th win in their last 16 wins is about what’s wrong with the Cubs. I mean I totally get the discussion and it’s valid but it’s funny seeing this when I went back into this thread. -

Well I didn't bother to stay up and watch it, but that sucks. It's nice that it sounds like they outplayed Sweden but obviously the end result was elimination from the tournament at the earliest point ever. US Soccer 1-2 this summer in PKs

Since we passed the Diamondbacks in the standings I want to point out that on July 2nd, they were 50-34, while the Cubs were 38-43, separated by 10.5 games in the standings. Since then Arizona has gone 7-21 while the Cubs have gone 19-11 and Chicago is now 0.5 games better for the season.
