Sure..they are close enough to the playoffs now that it seems stupid to trade Bellinger, especially with the QO available for him as a fallback. Stroman is a little trickier but if he's genuine about wanting to stay with the Cubs they'll have all the opportunity in the world to resign him if they want to. Other than those 2 any sell pieces were going to be minor deals anyways.
They don't need to go crazy and make bold buy moves, but 1-2 smaller moves for a reliever and a corner IF would go a long way to helping the team continue the push without having to hurt the future of the team all that much.
