The Blue Jays and A's are tied for the least number of all-time games played against the Cubs with 18. The Cubs have visited Toronto 5 times now, but the Jays have only come to Wrigley twice, which I'm guessing is the least amount for any team in baseball.
I can't even really think of too many memorable Cubs/Jays moments. One that stands out was in 2017 when the teams went into the 10th inning tied at 3 and the Jays scored 2 runs in the top of the 10th, followed by the Cubs getting 3 in the bottom of the inning to win the game, with the key hit being Alex Avila's single, and Javy with his amazing pop up slide:

The only other games I can remember are Sergio Mitre before we knew he was a scumbag outdueling Roy Halladay at Wrigley in 2005, and the Cubs again getting a win against Halladay in 2008 to put themselves 20 games over .500 in mid-June.
