    + Gooz Does Guzman really even have that potential anymore after all the injuries and whatnot? He did show some good stuff at times last year but overall I've kinda been considering him an afterthough in the Cubs rotational plans.

    closer to a thousand, usually. Last year I was ~750 away and I was done at 9:40 If your wristband's been cut and put back on, they'll kick you out of line. If you don't have a credit card with your name on it, they'll kick you out of line. Even if you are paying with cash? I don't remember them checking my credit card, but I could be mistaken.

    He would have to physically be there, and any credit card that he uses to buy tickets must be in his name. This is to keep scalpers from buying their way into the line (or so they say).

    Is that a lot? I'm assuming no by the way you phrased it. How many wristbands are usually handed out? Any idea? They usually give out around 20,000 I think. If you're not within like 1,500 of the number thats called, then you're best bet is to probably go online and try to get tickets. I was within 600 before the 2005 season and I when I went to the window, all games were available except the Saturday Red Sox game.

    2/13 - Z makes a comment about leaving if the Cubs don't give him Barry Zito money by the end of Spring Training. Everyone here freaks out, a lot of people call for his head. 2/15 - Z clarifies, is offered a 5 year deal for similar to Zito money. Says even if they don't sign him by the end of spring, the Cubs have first shot at resigning him. Also, 24 hours into camp, Prior and Wood are still healthy. Hope this helps

    My biggest qualm about this decision is the fact that I feel like I've been duped. I was at Cubs Convention when they announced the home plate signage. They assured us that it would be tasteful, and that this is only one small change and that Wrigley would not be tarnished with ads like other ballparks. The last year, the same stuff about Bud Light Bleachers. Now this. They know they can't litter the park with ads all at once so they are slowly implementing them hoping that most fans don't notice the gradual change..
