Pat just quoted some numbers from a start of his not too long ago against AZ - 7IP, 3H, 0R, 0BB, 12K. Apparently he at least has the potential to be a stud. His starts seem to either be really good or really bad. When his control is on look out. If it's off, he can be really wild and a patient team will take advantage like Milwaukee did a few weeks back.
I'm not a huge fan of the sarcasm font, but it seems to be the norm in a number of forums, and it is pretty effective so there are no "are you being sarcastic?" posts for clarity, so I vote that it stays
I always thought this was the case too (showing up late and gettnig cheap seats), but I've heard 3 accounts of people tryin that this weekend and failing.
I know, I would have hoped an inning that was Lee, Ramirez, Soriano, DeRosa would have gotten us better results. Now we have to rely on Wuertz and Howry to be shutdown
Dodgers are losing 2-1, Padres scoreless in the first. Just for the record, the Padres are the current wild card leaders, so their game is more important.
