  1. Surprise, Grudz GIDP. 2 outs runner on 3rd for the Royals.
  2. Ugh. Not Dempsters best outing tonight. Lucky to have given up 1 ER so far.
  3. Dempster at 98 pitches...if he comes out for next inning it won't be for long. 1st and 2nd 0 outs for the Royals.
  4. "Betty Pujols, mother of Albert, joins team, hits walk-off Grand Slam to cap 14 run comeback"
  5. I feel like posting it in here. It's not like theres tons of discussion.
  6. GIDP, run scores. 1-0 Cardinals.
  7. 1st and 3rd 0 outs for the Cardinals after a Skip single. 2-3-4 up...not that it matters for the Cardinals, since the entire team has a line of .320/.415/.500
  8. OMG the Royals LF and SS literally gave up on a ball and let it drop right between them. It didn't even look like they were confused, they just gave up on it. Izturis with a leadoff double.
  9. Too patient. Oh well..we are in their pen, which is slightly better than facing Kazmir.
  10. But yay to the people trying to prove a point with a game that is in the second inning!
  11. The pitcher coming in is the player the Brewers called Grant BALLFOUR for his extreme wildness causing them a game last year vs. Cinci. He seems to be much better this year though.
  12. Lee is walking again, which is awesome. Kazmir done! Honestly, at this point I wouldn't have minded him staying in. He probably would have walked Rammy.
  13. This is why the 2008 Cubs are much better than every team I've seen in my lifetime. They have an amazingly dominant pitcher going against them and looking good, and instead of panicing and being agressive, they take advantage of his wildness, work the count, scratch across a (fluke) run, and drive him out after 5 innings. Amazing.
  14. Stop swinging at high fastball cmon
  15. That was shades of Theriot's RBI in game 1 of the NLDS last year, but at 2B instead of 3B
  16. I've never been cheering a pitch count as much as I have tonight. Every pitch makes me happier.
  17. C'mon pretend like its April Ronny!
