Honestly Favre to the Bears would be a disaster for all the reasons above. Then you go into the cap situation and what we'd have to do to accommodate someone who honestly isn't going to put us over the top this year. Remember how Favre played in 2005 with no offensive line? It would be like that again. Then after this year, he would either retire and pull this crap he's pulling on GB again. By that point Grossman and Orton will be gone, and we'll have to draft a QB (who surely won't be ready to contribute this year, thus won't be a first round pick because Angelo will probably have another more important hole to fill first) or sign a veteran FA, and we all know how those have worked out for us over the years. So year, sitting here dreaming about it, it seems like a nice scenario, and it would be funny to stick it to GB. But really looking into it, it doesn't make sense short term or long term and it kinda goes against everything Angelo has been doing for years.
