That foul call is going to be talked about for awhile. Finally, bad officiating gets exposed. There is no way a bailout call should decide a Conference Finals game, I don't care if LeBron James is involved.

Keeping Cotts just boggles my mind. Why did we even get Cotts? Because he was a World Series hero with the White Sox? David Aardsma is closing for Seattle, while Cotts is the worst pitcher in a horrific bullpen, after 2.5 crappy seasons and a long stint in the minors. Another great move by Hendry.

If the Cubs can lose 2 more games, they will own the longest losing streak by the team in 12 years, since the infamous 0-14 start to the 97 season.

Yup, because despite the fact that Kosuke has similar numbers against lefties and righties, Lou cannot PH a lefty vs. a lefty or a righty vs. a righty.

If Miles got on, I'd wonder who would be hitting in the pitchers spot since Font and Fuku are both lefties. Marshall and Lilly are lefties, so it would have to be Wells.

Kinda funny that the last game the Cubs won was the game I attended with Fred and Vance. It seems like a really long time ago. And we almost blew that game. It could have been a 9 game losing streak.

Freel in competition with Miles to see who is the worst position player on the Cubs (or in baseball). Man, I thought for sure Lou would get himself ejected there. He's gotta get his fire back. If this is how he's handling things during games, I'm interested in seeing how he's handling things behind closed doors. The wrath of Lou Piniella is one of his biggest strengths, and now he acts like a wuss.

What did you guys expect? The worst 2 members of the bullpen have pitched tonight. Patton next inning should create the trifecta. Of course last year if the 2 worst members of the pen pitched, we probably would have survived.

lol, the Tribune Article says that Lilly might be suspended for his actions tonight. Didn't the Pirates get shut out twice and only score 4 total runs on the Southside last weekend?
