I think that yet again, this shows the committee is placing a huge emphasis on the conference tournament They were 6-6 in their last 12 games, their RPI dropped to the 20's, their SOS was in the 40's. I don't think it has a ton to do with the conference tourney. I would have had them as a 3 seed but I'm not surprised

Doesnt surprise me at all...just happy they got an Auburn Hills draw. I thought they were a low 3 high 4 I'll take a SD St/VCU/Kansas/Georgetown potential path to the F4

I'm stunned about Oregon still. Honestly I thought they might have been edging close to the bubble before the Pac 12 tourney, but a 12 seed is insane. They played their way into the field this weekend.

Wow there's a lot of empty seats at the CUSA championship. I don't think I saw a single person sitting in at least the first 20 rows behind the basket.

Didn't they have a couple of decent recruits (relative to NU) coming next year? Wonder what happens to them....one is a top 150 guy from NJ and I think said that he would consider other schools if Carmody was fired.

Lots of speculation that Rose is coming back Monday. First Comcast switched the game from CSN+ to CSN pushing the ratings darling Blackhawks to the alternate channel. Also this site I've never heard of says a source is confirming his return on Monday but take with a huge grain of salt obviously... http://flapship.com/derrick-rose-to-return-monday-against-nuggets/ The Comcast thing seems rather legit though. Considering the ratings the Hawks have been getting it wouldn't make sense to put the Bulls without Rose against a good but not especially glamorous Nuggets team. We'll see.

I think Robbie Hummel just tore his ACL again I think Indiana just went on another 10-0 run against Purdue I think Purdue just put up another fake banner from the 20's I think I hit a nerve, you weren't even the one posting that annoying picture. lol, no I'm just frustrated. nothing personal....nerve was hit during the game, not by your comment.

Speaking of Burke, he was the only player on Michigan to record an assist today. Great. Wisconsin shot 17-28 (61%), 6-9 (67%) from 3, had a 71% eFG and scored 51 points in the 2nd half today. After 17 in the first half.

Onto the tourney as a 4 seed just like last year despite much more talent. 6-6 in their last 12 extremely disapointing games.

Wisconsin 1st half 5-29 (17%) 2nd half 15-22 (68%)....oh and 7-9 from 3

I keep wondering if there's a logical reason they're so successful within the conference every year and yet so lousy outside of it. Well if they only played Michigan it would be because they continually are given wide open 3 point attempts every single possession. Wisconsin started 1-11 from 3, are now 6-18. But the wide open attempts have been there throughout the entire game. AGHHH

This Michigan team has been the hardest good team for me to ever follow/watch.

Wisconsin shoots 5-29 (17%) in the first half and trails by 3 at halftime. Both Michigan (20 pts) and Wisconsin (17) set new low for points in the 1st half this year.
