Pretty sad that this was Indiana's biggest accomplishment this year. They won the Big Ten title outright. The NCAA Tournament isn't the only thing that matters. Disagree ;)

Probably but i also think Taj is a lot better than he played most of last year. Dude was battling several injuries.

Yeah I don't know. I don't think it gets them much closer to a championship. I think it would be a stupid trade for Brooklyn.

Yeah I don't know why but I feel that way too, and I don't think its just a matter of the more recent memory seeming better. Well, they won the president's trophy this year, set some records, and don't have to go through a salary cap dismantling. The fact that they've won 2 in short order also removes the concern that they were a 1 and done group like the 85 Bears. It's crazy when you think about it....Chicago teams that have one multiple tittles in a short period of time is limited to 2010/2013 Blackhawks 1990's Bulls 1940/1941/1943/1946 Bears 1907/1908 Cubs That's it....every other title has as wide window between championships

They'd have to go 32-52 to do it Don't stop believing! In 2012 they were 63-47 and finished 16-36 In 2011 they were 53-47 and finished 19-43 This can happen!

I don't mind trading Bolland but geez lets at least get through the parade before we start discussing trading the player who scored the Cup winning goal. OK, ok I guess with the draft coming up right away because of the shortened offseason, this makes sense.

I don't know. I want to understand Tunneys POV but I just can't. Complaining about most of this stuff is silly. Fine, no pedestrian bridge, I understand the gripe there. Moving the hotel entrance to Clark or Addison is going to make an already cramped intersection worse. If you survey every resident that lives on that little stretch of Patterson and you can find 5 that have lived there since 1984, then fine move the entrance somewhere else. If not, you are talking about a street full of residents who consciously chose to pay more to live in a neighborhood full of bars and a professional sports team that plays 81 teams a year roughly 1000 feet from their homes. Pretending like he's protecting the residents from the big bad Cub imperialists is getting tiresome.

PS I just watched those CBC videos and holy crap is their broadcast like 3 million times better. Much better replays, much better analysis. Also they did a good job capturing the reactions of the fans and players.

You can find the link here though with a bit of effort. http://www.hockeywebcasts.com/ Yeah it started playing game 6, then froze, and when i refreshed it was game 5 and i cant get it to load anything but game 5. Weird. I tried to play around with that site earlier and couldnt find anything...ill look later

I'm disappointed...I was waiting all day to come home and listen to those Bruins radio highlights, and when I clicked on Banedon's link, it was for Game 5. Blah Watching the coverage of the celebration on my DVR now, since I ran to Wrigley after the win. Very strange seeing Sopel as part of the broadcasting team on NBC

Remember when the Hawks Power Play was going to be the reason why the Hawks had an early playoff exit? Sorry virus, the Hawks won the Cup and their PP was abysmal.

I don't think there was any specific moment, it was just the general feeling of calm during the 7th inning of any close game in 2007. Funny how that became the completely opposite from 2011-2013 -
I think it's because they all think he sucks and they are pissed they couldn't dominate him like they expected. At least that's the gist i got from browsing earlier.
