    damnit i hate when he does things to make me less excited about good guys doing things That makes no sense When a blind dude is jacking HRs, it makes it seem a lot less difficult when people with the benefit of sight do it.

    That's Shawn Estes. Show some respect. I hated Estes because he sucked but I will always appreciate his 4 hit SO against the Reds the last week of the 2003 season. I think he also had an RBI double or something like that.

    What odds would you put on either Cutler or Marshall being on the Bears next year? At this point I'd say Marshall 10%, Cutler 30%

    As amazing as it sounds, Kirk Hinrich is actually getting worse as the season goes on. I don't know if his confidence is shot, or he's hurt or if he's tanking so Thibs doesn't play him because he knows he's hurting the team, but I haven't seen a player affect the game as much as Hinrich since Michael Jordan.

    Not 1, not 2 but 3 miracle 3s for Northwestern. That plus some dumb decisions by Michigan and 3-4 terrible calls down the stretch in favor of NW is all it took to keep NW in the game. Either way this is one of the craziest games I've seen this year.

    I'd be nearly impossible to slip past the 6 seed, so just ignore the Bulls for 4-5 weeks and hope they are healthy and can do their best in the playoffs.

    Should we take the fact that the Hawks are going "all in" during a season where their best player won't return until the WCF as a sign the Hawks are going to be gutted in the offseason? Or just being creative with the extra $5 mil from Kane?

    Hawks pull the trigger on the Vermette trade @TSNBobMcKenzie: Klas Dahlbeck and 1st round pick for Vermette. That is ARI-CHI trade, pending call.

    No doubt, although in terms of 6 straight exciting games, last year's Blues series is close. In the Preds series Games 2-4 were relatively one sided.

    I love the trend of players officially retiring after they can't find a job for 2+ seasons. Dude's been retired for awhile, he just didn't know it.

    Gar pretty much made it be known that there would be disappointment if Rose does not return this year.

    Yeah Aramis was the best. I was sad to see him leave, especially to a division rival, but I understood it had to be done. He will always be one of my favorites...I sucks that its fairly unlikely he will hit 400 HRs for his career (31 short).
