    Yup, he either takes a dumb ass penalty that resulted in the Blues first goal or he turns the puck over at the blue line resulting in a goal(Vancouver). This has been going on all year. Hopefully Timmo is back soon and in the playoffs by some miracle Rozsival is watching from the press box. You really think Q is going to insert a rookie that has missed 85% of the season back into the lineup for the playoffs?

    Yup, it was just a bad luck game offensively. Encouraging ABs, some hard hit balls that would have gone out 75% of the games at Wrigley. Just one of those games that if it happened in mid-May no one would think twice about. On to the next one!

    Not really. He had his best season last year and I don't think he threw to 1st once all season. It's just something you have to work around. I'm more concerned about Lester's adjustment to actually having to field in the NL instead of having a designated fielder in the AL (right ESPN?)

And yes there's a whole thread in rants of me bitching about particularly unfine Chicago sports days This game more than likely didn't matter, the Bulls game really didn't matter and the Hawks are clearly capable of beating anybody on the road if Kane's back. Yes, yesterday was truly a [expletive] day. shut it packers fan ( :wink: )

    Similar. I'm going to some Easter brunch in Northbrook, then heading towards the park. I don't have tickets for the game but I'm hoping I can find prices drop to the $50-60 range. If not I'll head to a bar to watch.

    Baseball tonight from outside wrigley starts in 10 min (9pm ct) bet there will be some good views of the park.

    Maybe because, like the postseason, the Cubs and Cardinals will be the only teams currently "in season" since everyone else starts on Monday. Just a guess

    Apparently Manfried said the tampering investigation won't be done as they had hoped. There are still some things to go over, whatever that means.
