Killer penalty is going to reverse field position and make it an easy FG drive for SF

I doubt the mob would fix the game for a straight up 49er win. It would make things too obvious. SF would have covered even if Gould makes that FG.

God, the kicking team very rarely gets penalties called on them but leave it to Bears special teams on a critical kickoff

Niners had the 29th ranked defense coming into the game. On the road. Two time zones away from home. And their defensive players have been dropping like flies. And our defensive coordinator coached many of their players the last several years.

Nah, defender made contact as he was catching and that contact was bringing him down, ball was moving as he was going down.

because they can without the risk of turnover. it's the rule. But to do what with it? He looked like he was trying to fall on it. Mainly to not let the ball roll back to the 1 yard line and make it tough for the offense. I don't think he was trying to fall on it but not 100% sure. Looked like he was trying to grab it but instead kicked it into the end zone
