    I'm sure its unfounded but w/e Fowler, LF Trout, CF Bryant, 3B Rizzo, 1B Zobrist, 2B Heyward, RF Montero, C Russell, SS That looks pretty good. Then next year Trout, CF Heyward, RF Bryant, 3B Rizzo, 1B Zobrist, 2B Schwarber, LF Russell, SS Contreras, C It's fun to day dream...of course Schwarber and Contreras are both strong candidates to go in that deal but whatever I'll just say it was Baez, Soler, Torres, Underwood, Happ or something.

    24 hours ago we had an 8 game losing streak. Today we have our first 2 game losing streak oh well. 5-5 against the NL West, 21-3 against everyone else

    I'd still be in favor of sending him to AAA and letting him get some ABs and hopefully get his confidence back. I understand the roster crunch right now but getting Soler right is much more important to the franchise going forward than a month of having Kalish getting his ABs.

    I am sort of ok with that although it's not ideal. My hope is that we have another 1/2 starter acquired/developed between now and the end of next year so it won't be devastating if we can't pull the trigger. I still think Jake is angling for an extension and trying to play hardball by threatening to go on the open market.
