    Oh well good teams lose to less good teams. That said when you have a 2-0 lead on an injured matz 2 batters into the game and 2 of the next 3 opposing starters are deGrom and Syndergard you definitely want to try to win this one

    I remember when he was on Atlanta and hitting like 15-20 HRs a year I couldn't believe he wasn't a 30-35 HR hitter. Now every HR he's hit there year has been a complete shock to me and him hitting a HR doesn't cross my mind as possible results of his ABs. Which is unfair I know because he's better than this and is good even if he's not hitting HRs but whatever

Doesn't heal with rest Not sure how long he's out for but its retroactive to June 27th so hypothetically he's eligible to come off the DL the day of the all star game. I don't think it's likely they activate him so he can play in an exhibition though so looks like ASG starter spot is open
