That's it. I don't think they've even had one where they've taken the lead in the bottom of the 8th, other than the Atlanta game, where they scored 5 to win 6-1. Wasn't Addisons home run in the home opener in the 8th?

I less prefer Javy hitting here, vs a RHP. Also pulling Jake with less than 90 pitches in a tie game. I'd let him take the AB, he's hitting like .290

Phew. Jake a little less efficient after the 4th inning but still getting results. Guessing he will be allowed to lead off this inning and pitch the 8th

So we've had RISP in 5 of the 6 innings, 4 of those times with less than 2 outs and we've scored 1 run and that was because of a passed ball and error. Baseball is a cruel sport sometimes

.771 OPS with RISP, .776 with bases empty, but yes, recently I get the same impression. You'll never guess who leads the league in OPS with RISP. I meant tonight but thanks for the reality check :lol:
