coomer is and was the worst no matter how bad zaidman is, i at least know what is going on because he doesn't call the plays like the listener can see them I know he's a terrible announcer but I love Coomer. He's grown on me just like Santo. Him & Pat together are fun to listen to. And now I wait for the ridicule. I would honestly rather listen to 80's Bobcat Goldthwait in the booth than Coomer. (Gottfried is a wash.) -
Yeah, that was ugly. Also, Phil Mickelson needs to just go away. Yeah he does, he’s just not very good anymore. Let him be a captain and just walk around. Bubba can horsefeathers off too. I would’ve liked to see some combination of Kuchar, ZJ, Woodland, or Berger over those two on the team. Eh. Bubba and Phil are still abount as good as that lot. I feel like there are others that missed that I'd prefer...maybe agree on ZJ.

There appears to be some confusion here about the definition of cordial. Not answering a straight question with a straight answer is pretty rude. Doing it because no one but myself cares that you intentionally warped my words for your own purposes would also not be considered cordial. -

I suppose that is possible, but when you get outliers like that, I think you have to start assuming that he has a different (and very bad) approach in situations with men on base and late in close games.

Make him the bench coach or the team's sommelier or something then. Stop babying him because he used to be a decent manager and get someone who can make in-game decisions.

I'd really like to be a fly on the wall as Theo watches this non-sense. Theo doesn't seem like the type to sit back and let things be just because things are mostly ok. Maddon nearly mismanaged the team into a loss in Game 7, is clearly a current liability, and its only going to get worse.

That sucks and everything, but the Cubs are busy blowing the horsefeathering division. Just kidding. Well not really, but overall, just kidding. Tomorrow will be better. Maybe not for the Cubs, but for you. Promise. Wow. After that ...um...thing that just happened, I feel like all bets are off.
