    I think the best part was when he bunted to first solely to crush the guy that pitched behind him. Right, but then he doesn't just keep wailing on him as you'd expect; he's seemingly all, "surely everyone will see I was justified in my skilled bunting and subsequent clobbering of the pitcher, and I will now be able to reach 1B without incident." Cracked me up.

    I know that the chance to win or lose a particular game is always closer to 50% than anyone likes to imagine, so I wasn't on the sweep train...but I sure as horsefeathers didn't expect to win this match-up.

    You know a player who (currently) has around 44 fWAR, 2 rings and good postseason moments? First ballot HoF'er? TWO TIME WORLD SERIES MVP?! HE SHOULD GET IN WITHOUT HAVING TO BE ON THE BALLOT!!!

    Iunno about all that other stuff, but it is fair to say that I believe Sammy Darnold and Adam Gase are going to do some savage things to opponents in the coming years Gase?!

    Look, contrary to the ribbing you get from most here, I think Darnold is easily better than the average QB in the NFL...but everything else you think pertaining to the Jets or the NFL in general is batsh1t. Are you self-aware of your homerism to admit this?

    I was pretty obsessive about that game. When I saw this video, I got a little depressed at how much better than me some of these guys are...and then I saw that it wasn't until the late 90s that someone was able to TKO Tyson/Mr. Dream in the first round.     Not sure if the Orioles thing will pan out, but I think it’s a foregone conclusion that the Rays and Marlins have to relocate. Charlotte and Nashville would be two good markets for them and it wouldn’t upset the divisional alignment. It would also shrink the Cardinals' market, so all the better.

Besides, what kind of bleeding heart would advocate giving a guy a job solely because he has some kids who need to be fed? Can't they take their suitcase full of nickels, cook some ramen, and be grateful for it?!
