If taking first is important, you are capping your upside because those two QBs cannot face each other in the SB. Otherwise, I think Wilson and Brady (not on 1 seed teams) are good plays. It all hinges on what you think your opponents are likely to do.

How many teams, and what is the payout structure? Depending on those details, I would possibly do things a LOT differently. You also have to take into account how sharp your opponents are. You start getting into DFS ownership game theory and things like that. If everyone in the league is choosing Adams, Diggs, Kelce, etc, what do you really gain by having them? If the goal is to win the league, you want to have players that are not owned by many/all the other players, so if they do well, you are gaining on the entire field. That isn't you say that you want to pick shitty players and just pray that they do well...but there is a balance, and it depends on A) how many opponents are in this contest B) how good you think your opponents are at identifying the obviously best plays (which I think you largely have) and C) how many players you think are galaxy braining it like me/we are. PPR also has a big say in it. For instance, I think you are right that you want to burn K and DEF on likely-to-lose teams in general, and most especially in PPR formats. But a DEF on a good team could easily outscore a smith schuster or the like in standard. Bills D will likely go unowned, so if they get a few TDs on their way to a SB appearence, you have a big leg up on beating everyone. ...I think you'd need to be up against more than 12 people to consider something like that tho. Also consider that the 1 seed teams' ceilings are capped at 3 games, while the better 2 and 3 seed teams have legit shots at 4 games. Depending on format, you might want to load up on positions that will tend to score the most for those 4-game-upside teams largely for value, and most especially if you don't think other opponents will roster them. He had a 114 wRC+ in 2018 in South Bend and 122 in 2019 in Myrtle Beach. He's also absolutely mashing the ball in Winter Leagues right now with a very Rizzo-esque .261/.514/.609 and 6 HBP in 35 PAs, in case this thread isn't aware.

My opponent in my of my finals had Gaskin, AJ dillon, and CeeDee Lamb on his bench, but he had Evans, Devante, and Jeff Wilson so it didn't matter. In my other league, Derek Henry was my highest scoring position player, so it's a goose egg this year.

I'm up against Hunter "Hurst" Henry in both of my finals match-ups, and stashed Kittle on one of those lineups where TE has been a huge weak spot. Weird.

I had a Draftkings lineup for the Monday night game only. You get to pick a player to be worth 1.5X more than normal. I picked Ebron, and as the game was such a horsefeathers show, I still wound up cashing somehow. In other news, my brother had a 1.6 point lead in his semifinals match up, with his opponent out of players and my brother only had JuJu left. He decided to brave a stat correction loss and benched JuJu, who went on to score negative 2.6 points...

TY isn't getting the targets to make me think his recent uptick is likely to continue. You should also account for the fact that the second game of divisional match ups favors the defences, so don't overweight past match ups this season. Teams compensate and react to scheme. I think I'd still lean TY with DJ. I would take whichever Carolina WR you think sees the least of Alexander in coverage. Not sure how that is going to work out. If Cooks is back, it should really help Coutee. Tough decisions, imo.
