  1. His regression? He’s having just as good of a year as last year. Even with a great defense, you can’t be unhappy if your backup goes .500.
  2. Brees is already throwing. Sure he won’t be back in two weeks?
  3. We controlled the LOS quite well against Minnesota last week without him. yeah and kwiatkowski was making all kinds of plays that roquan didn't. i assume roquan will be fine if he actually wants to keep playing football. Something's wrong with Roquan and I don't think we can assume he'll be fine. The coaching staff has said he's been acting weird for weeks and now we finally saw it in the game. If Roquan is still acting unlike himself these next two weeks, I think you have to go back to Kwiatkowski until Roquan gets himself figured out.
  4. Daniel is a good backup, but Trubisky is not really much better. Trubisky is more athletic and can make the bad offensive line look better, but Daniel is a bit more intelligent and can more accurately throw the mid to deep ball. When Mitch is healthy, he's the one you go to, but I can't say that one is significantly better than the other.
  5. He wasn’t knocked into the kicker. I disagree. He was diving right to where the ball was going to be kicked until the Raiders player knocked him into the kicker. It was early in his run up, but he definitely altered the course of his dive.
  6. Defense was bad all game, but the killer call was the running into the kicker. Watch the tape again the Bears player was knocked into the kicker.
  7. 670 was talking pregame on how Miller doesn't know the playbook and the routes and how Daniel studies hit butt off, so I'm going with Miller messing up there
  8. What was that throw or route?
  9. I haven't seen all the incidents, but Twitter is saying that Roquan Smith is not aware out there. Might be time to sit him down.
  10. Raiders just going to let the Bears march down the field I guess
  11. I will quote myself, that was a bad call. Bears player was diving to where the ball was going to be kicked and the Raiders player knocked him into the kicker.
  12. He got knocked into the kicker. Can you challenge that?
  13. Somebody make a gif with Gruden telling his players to get off the field ASAP
  14. Cohen=Hester Prepare for the upcoming Gruden meltdown.
  15. A rested defense needs to get a three and out fairly soon
  16. If the Bears somehow win this one, I would be very interested to hear Gruden give a Denny Green-like blowup after the game
  17. I think everyone agrees that Robinson is a very good WR. I don't think anyone has said that the Bears have no talent, but it's certainly below average as a unit.
  18. Getting to London early has been proven to wear you down in the second half
  19. Miller stretching his hand out 7 yards short of the first down. A defender could have easily ripped the ball out. Hub and Mannelly talked today about how he's not putting in the work to be a good WR. Not that intelligent either. Then of course Miller makes a great catch on third down.
  20. Those players combined are still below average NFL talent. And you don't have a QB and that's the single most important position in pro sports (honorable mention to a hockey goalie). Bears have bottom third offensive talent. now see, if you would have said the offensive line makes up for the talent with their crapptastic play, I'd have to concede. but instead, you doubled down on horsefeathers headedness. good job baseball glove of the 90's The Wilson A2000 is probably the most popular glove in the game today
  21. You're ignoring a lack of talent. Robinson, Burton, Cohen, Gabriel, Miller, Montgomery they have talent; they also have a coach who puts that talent into the worst possible place Those players combined are still below average NFL talent. And you don't have a QB and that's the single most important position in pro sports (honorable mention to a hockey goalie). Bears have bottom third offensive talent.
  22. It's talent and coaching, but the Bears have one of the least talented offenses in the league. You can't coach your way through that to a Super Bowl or a long playoff run.
  23. That pass to Miller wasn't perfect, but it should have been caught. Don't know why Schlereth can't say that and has to say, "You can't throw it any better or put it in a better place."
  24. Sometimes you just have clunkers of a game. Defense had been great and they are having a bad game. The offense has looked pretty bad since middle of last year. When you have a below-average offensive line, one good WR, no good TEs, and no good QBs on your roster, you get games like this. Put Bray in.
