  1. So when Saban's team blasts Notre Dame, ND is exposed as a pretender. But when they blast an SEC team under the exact same circumstances, it's Saban. Got it. Yeah, the result was much more than "ND is overrated." Alabama is better physically than every team in the country, SEC or not. Give Saban more time to prepare and that advantage is only magnified. Alabama didn't go undefeated this year. And both Georgia & LSU played them down to the wire. And Georgia was blown out by South Carolina and LSU lost to Clemson. I'm not sure I'm following.
  2. Good, because that's a shitty ballot.
  3. Notre Dame looked like [expletive], but it's not like this is the first good team they've played this year. They beat the #7, #15, and #24 teams in the country. Unless your opinion is that the SEC has the 5 best teams in the country, it doesn't add up.
  4. "Probably lose to Vandy" I mean this stuff from Snayke is fine because he's clearly doing it to annoy GR, I think you actually believe that Notre Dame would lose to a team who lost to every team on their schedule who wasn't terrible.
  5. This is just goofy. It's highly unlikely ND could have beaten Bama, Georgia, A&M and LSU in the regular season. Those teams were all deep and talented enough to play extremely competitive games against each other. ND didn't just get their butts kicked because Saban game planned well against them, but also because they were entirely overmatched by the speed and physicality of Bama. Like I said, goofy. LSU gave Clemson their first win over a ranked opponent all season. But I guess since Clemson is located in the Confederacy they have the speed and physicality exemption as well. Odd you didn't mention Florida who was widely regarded as the #2 team in the SEC...and then they lost to [expletive] Louisville
  6. Maybe we can transition into playing more weak out of conference teams such as Notre Dame. The list keeps growing. #5lossfans ahem...6 losses I wasn't prepared to make this statement before last night, but after watching ND last night and how slow they were, I feel safe saying that ND, in addition to the loss against Bama, would have also had losses like Ole Miss did to Georgia, LSU, A&M, and probably Texas and Vandy too. ND at best is a 3 loss SEC team. This is just goofy.
  7. Well yeah, they kinda did.
  8. Not to mention that the Cubs are giving up Garza and getting a relief prospect, a corner OF who's had one year where he's hit better than me, and the worst pitcher in baseball.
  9. I don't get it. People would rather watch a Gator Personal Foul-fest in the title game?
  10. I more root against people from getting in than hope for guys to get in. With every ballot update I see at BTF, the first thing I look for is how Jack Morris's totals have changed.
  11. There were like 36 eventual HOFers on the '62 ballot, but a lot of those guys probably don't belong.
  12. And Matt Hasselbeck has started 11.
  13. KenPom Big Ten champion projections (As of 1-1, so it includes IU beatin IA and MN beating MSU but no other conference games) Indiana 54.89% Ohio St. 16.3% Minnesota 12.75% Michigan 10.65% Wisconsin 4.34% Michigan St. .82% Iowa .14% Illinois .1%
  14. To be fair, that ref sprinted over to Groce and got in his face on his own. It was Valentinesque
  15. Not your shot Nnanna
  16. McLaurin baited him perfectly on that.
  17. Get Bertrand back in. You mean the 2nd best player on the team, who doesn't start? He's not even the 2nd best guard on the team. Abrams and Paul? Yep
  18. Gus Johnson would still be screaming about that oop.
  19. Get Bertrand back in. You mean the 2nd best player on the team, who doesn't start? He's not even the 2nd best guard on the team.
  20. They shot 38.5% last game.
  21. This isn't standard DJ hating, but can anyone recall him hitting a 3 from the top of the key? He needs to stick to the corners and the wings.
  22. Ever hear of Title IX????
  23. This [expletive] foulfest is going to make me miss the first half of the Illinois game.
  24. Bonds Clemens Biggio Piazza Bagwell Raines Trammel Sosa Lofton Mcgwire It's too bad there aren't 30 spots so I could chose more people who aren't jack Morris
