I could be wrong but didn't one of the mid-majors who have their conference tournament early schedule a non-conference game AFTER their tournament? I want to say it was a Midwestern team and they were on the bubble for an at large bid at the time St. Mary's did it. Patty Mills had a hand injury and they were trying to showcase their team with him healthy.

Castro not being on, let alone getting HM, seems like it may be his biggest oversight of any player. At least 73 guys having more trade value than Clayton Kershaw makes me think this was written by some shmuck at fangraphs. From the article. I'd lean towards him too. Meyer is the only one with an argument. I hate to carry the torch for OSU here, but what does a Buckeye coach have to do to win that award? Coach a dreadful program like Minnesota to an 8 win season.
