They've got as good a case as anybody. 2 power conference teams away from home and one of the best MAC programs is a decent non-con slate, especially when the biggest obstacle to scoring thus far has been changing play calling to try to kill clock because they're up by 25 points. Illinois was hardly away from home. It was like a bowl game, the crowd was split down the middle, and the location was pretty equidistant from the two schools. Definitely not the same as a home game, and they went on the road to an SEC school the next week. Make no mistake about it--Mizzou is a talented team with a scary offense. Coaching and what may be a suspect D will cost them a game or 2, but they're top 25, imo. And I hate them. But they should be 2-1.
