He usually gets better around tournament time, but he's considered an expert because he averages about 64/65 teams in the tournament every year. That looks impressive, but there's usually only a few slots in question on Selection Sunday. If my full time job was to predict the bracket I'm pretty sure I could average that. If I remember correctly our NSBB committee only missed one team this last year, and most of our individual rankings were very close as well. And we weren't even trying to project what would happen, just what should happen.
