  1. Lopez already looks better than Noah.

  3. Hell it makes me feel better about the Lester start except he was actually pretty good. Yeah, Bosio made the point that the Indians were hitting some Lester pitches that they shouldn't have touched unless they knew location. It's an interesting listen if you can find it online.
  4. I wasn't there, so maybe he's right, but this sounds a lot like the Dodgers accusing Zobrist of stealing signs. He didn't sound bitter at all though. He said it's part of the game. He said teams he played on in the past did it and was even more obvious about it. Basically said you try to gain every advantage you can to win a World Series.
  5. Very interesting stuff from Bosio on The Score this morning. They asked him about Jake being effectively wild. He said you can call it effectively wild or strategy. Said Indian bench was whistling and banging bats against polls to tip location against Lester so they had to change up things on the Jake start. He said Willson was purposely setting up in different locations than where the ball was going to throw Indian hitters off. Makes me feel better about the Jake start.
  6. The one time Zo wasn't on base, Schwarber doubled. One of those nights, frustrating.
  7. CSN showed him in the cage but it didn't follow the travel of the ball. After he was done hitting he did give the pitcher a thumbs up.
  8. It probably doesn't give us the advantage because at home the Indians have no way of playing Mike Napoli and Carlos Santana at the same time, who are their best hitters Re: Schwarber and Contreras, for the Hendricks start at least, you get *both* of those mean bats in the lineup, and suffer no defensive disadvantage. Also, handedness. Hendricks is game 3 at Wrigley
  9. I'm ok with him starting tomorrow but Contreras better be in the OF.
  10. I want him on the roster but not a fan of this.
  11. MLB.com is live streaming the AFL game today.
  12. 0-3
  13. As much as I love Schwarber, Contreras should DH game 1 and 2. Bring Schwarbs in as a PH.
  14. Someone explain where the 3 am nickname came from.
  15. Glad that wasn't a dream. Cubs are in the World Series! So, I have to be that guy. Was Puig safe on the final out?
  16. That is correct. Stream will be a bit behind live of course, but it has worked decent for me most of the postseason. I couldn't get game 2 for some reason
  17. Seriously this the only explanation. He's in the starting lineup tonight too.
  18. They just mentioned on The Score that the Dodgers haven't played a game in under 55 degree weather this year. May or may not be a factor.
  19. In real time I thought Rizzo was pissed Javy did that.
  20. I agree. I've actually been a little annoyed by how the Cubs have talked up Kershaw to this point. Anyone else notice this? Bosio even called it a David vs Goliath matchup this morning.
  21. I liked Theo last night calling the Baez HR a "Javybomb".
