  2. @4for4_John: Erin Andrews should have told Richard Sherman that he is the 6th best cornerback, per PFF.
  3. Mooney's latest article says Almora will start the season in Daytona.
  4. I doubt he'll be the starter in year 1. Emery said he can come in and contribute right away. I don't see any way for an OL to contribute right away if he isn't on the OL. And he was drafted in the first round, so he better freaking start somewhere. Maybe Emery & crew know what they're doing, I don't know. I still think it's a terrible value pick, and it sure looks to me like they got desperate when the run on OL took place earlier in the round. It would seem that way but I don't think that's the case just based on Emery's comments. He had this guy targeted from the start.
  5. Yeah, Matt Forte never has performances like that.
  6. This is true. Glad I paid for all that skoolin! Anyway, good SBnation article praising Tillman and really crapping on Florio... http://www.sbnation.com/nfl/2012/11/8/3615638/charles-tillman-bears-florio-birth I really enjoyed that article. Thanks for posting.
  7. I can't argue with that. I would be happy with a split against the Texans and 49ers when we play them. I'm actually pretty confident about the game at San Fran.
  8. Where exactly is the trash talking in this article? I must have missed it.

  10. I'm not sure if I'm more impressed with the route he ran or the fact that he didn't drop the ball.
  11. Bears 20 Cowboys 17 Bears offense starts strong and gets the fanbase excited. Defense holds the Cowboys in the second half.
  12. Unbelievable.
  13. Here's the video. http://twitter.yfrog.com/fkvvgyrgtqzetiienrhqkpiez
  14. Anyone think the Seahawks can beat the Packers tonight? I think they have a real good shot, especially playing at home.
  15. http://www.chicagobearscentral.com/2012/09/24/bears-23-rams-6-defense-keys-victory/ I've posted my thoughts on yesterday, plus positional grades, if anyone is interested.
  16. So, the new Lebron shoe is retailing at $275.
  17. Matthews will be rushing on Webb's side not Carimi's.
  18. That's what I've been thinking. The Packers have weaknesses the Bears can exploit. But, I also have a hard time seeing the Packers losing their third straight game at Lambeau.
  19. I think the media is making it a bigger deal than it is. No surprise. But, if Forte is unhappy he really has no room to complain. In his last 33 carries inside the 5 yard line, he's only scored a touchdown 3 times.
  20. BJax catch. http://mlb.mlb.com/video/play.jsp?content_id=24573935&topic_id=&c_id=chc&v=3&tcid=tw_video_24575399
  21. Gould, I can see, maybe at the end of the picture. But guys like McClellin, Bush, Jennings, Wright, and even Paea should be on there over Podlesh.
  22. Such a dumb thing to say. The Packers and Lions will throw it better. The Bears don't need to throw it better, they have a better running game, special teams and probably defense.
  23. This was a surprise. He did have a neck injury last season and that played a part in the decision. I also found this quote amusing:
