  1. In Biggs' mock draft he had the Bronco's taking OJ Howard, but I would go with a T. For Tampa, he selected WR Ross to pair with Mike Evans, which would be a dangerous combination. By the way, Biggs had Lattimore going 3 to the Bears
  2. Why do I think Albertos is a lefty? Am i thinking of someone else?
  3. Titans select WR Corey Davis
  4. There's rumors of Carolina trying to move up to 2. No idea if they'd take Fournette there or not, but Rivera said today there's no spot too high to take a RB. No idea why they'd jump the Bears, unless there's other teams also after Fournette and multiple teams are trying to move up. Again, just a rumor, no idea if RB is what they'd want in a move up. For the Bears sake, I'd love to trade out of 3(but stay in the top 10). I do think Fournette is probably the player a team may be enticed to move up for in this draft. I haven't heard anything about them wanting to move up to 2. Fournette is a logical move for the Panthers with Jonathan Stewart entering his 10th season (he just extended his contract one year, through '18). Jacksonville has been linked to Fournette. Carolina jumping ahead of Jacksonville to #3 would be incredibly fortunate for the Bears. Davell spelled out some potential trade scenarios. According to the traditional draft chart, #3 = 2200 pts, #8 = 1400, #40 = 500, #64 = 270 (total =2170). Panthers 5th rounder is worth 30 points, making the trade perfectly even. I would move back 5 spots in a hot second to pick up those two second rounders, as would most, but I'd be stunned if that was the offer. Think of what you could rack up with #8, 36, 40, 64, 67.
  5. A WR? I'm not much of a colts fan but really a WR? These guys need a pass rusher something wacky They have TY Hilton and....? Not a fan of the available pass rushers with the 15th pick. I did consider Elijah Qualls.

  7. This. I, for one, do not miss the days of desperate hopes of guys like Eric Jokisch, Wes Darvill, Jae Hoon Ha, and Robert Whitenack could blossom into serviceable-ish big leaguers. Damn, I remember being legitimately geeked up over Robert Whitenack. Didn't he have an amazing High A or Double A out of nowhere, then injury the next year, and gone forever?
  8. Heard that on my way home. I think they said he had an offer from the Bears, then they signed CJ Wilson. Prediction: RJF will be a "Cardinals style" stud for the Packers this year.
  9. Browns take Lattimore, though I considered RB Cook, EDGE Charlton, even Jabril Peppers for SS, but it seems pretty high for him.
  10. Not sure what to do here for the Browns. Lattimore would be BPA at this point, but Cleveland actually has two decent starters there. More need for a starter at QB, TE, S, but none seem to merit this high of a pick (was hoping Howard would be here).
  11. Buffalo needs a QB badly. Too high for that pick here? Kizer, Mahomes, who am I missing?
  12. Have you seen this article by one of the Browns FO? https://harvardsportsanalysis.wordpress.com/2011/11/30/how-to-value-nfl-draft-picks/ The old chart that everyone looks at originates from Jimmy Johnson's days at Dallas. This puts the #3 pick at 2200 points. #1 is 3000. You're all aware of this one. For example, look at a Jet's trade up to 3 #3 = #6 + #38 + #102 1, 3, 4 to move up 3 spots The new one in the link could been seen as the Brown's chart. The implication is that top picks are highly overvalued and mid-round picks are undervalued. #3 is the Browns chart is 401 points. #3 = #6 + #166 (or #134 if it takes a slight premium) 1, 5 or 6 A more extreme example might be seen by trading further down in Round 1. Let's use the Broncos at pick 20. They have a lot of mid round picks that will make matching up values easier. Regular Chart #3 = 20 + 52 + 80 + 101 + 126 + 177 + 203 + 252 + 253 + still short by 600 points OR #3 = 20 + 52 or 80 + 2018 1st round pick Browns Chart #3 + 131 (5th rounder) = 20 + 51 + 101 It would be pretty fascinating to see each team's chart.
  13. http://www.rotoworld.com/player/nfl/5122/ricky-jean-francois Bears just heavily attended Deshaun Watson's pro-day. Now meeting wiith another DL. Nobody will mistake signing Francois for drafting, Allen, but it's fun to try to connect the dots.
  14. http://www.rotoworld.com/player/nfl/12132/leonard-fournette Who wants to trade past JAX to draft Fournette? Give me a trade down partner, somebody
  15. Titans selected Jamal Adams, S, LSU
  16. Going once, twice, Allen Jacksonville is on the clock (who has JAX?)
  17. An immediate starter is needed at 5T and #1 CB. Either Allen or Lattimore is what I think Pace will do. I don't see anyone trading up for this pick
  18. I think that was Jaso from the Pirates. Awesome play. Jaso was so irritated after the play Jankowski from San Diego. I buy that. Do they both have stupid hair or just Jaso?
  19. I think that was Jaso from the Pirates. Awesome play. Jaso was so irritated after the play
  20. I love listening to those announcers
  21. I think that's probably good for Hall. He doesn't have great speed, but I like his long arms in deep jump balls. In college he played some LB (rover) in addition to S and CB, so he is probably pretty interchangable for SS/FS.
  22. If we are the Browns want to talk to NSB Belichick
  23. Browns take Myles Garrett
  24. So he hit that at least how far, 430?! I'd guess 450. It hit 20+ feet high at 410
  25. When I read the Rotoworld report on Cooper it made me think he would not be a starter. But the contract makes me think he is. Does Porter have experience in the slot? I don't see how they cut him with their current CB roster. They have a ton of depth guys to sort through, but not enough starter caliber talent to dump him.
