    All I know is that I've been to GABP about a dozen times, and when I saw those pics of Busch II it immediately reminded me of GABP. I'm not saying Busch II will be a bad place to watch a baseball game, but the stadium does seem bland and uninteresting, like GABP. A ballpark should have some character, and I don't see any in Busch II.

    It's not that hard to improve on what we did last year, Rocket. Do you remember the countless AB's where there were RISP, and whoever was up there would get anxious and swing at the first pitch and hit into a double play? All the friggin time? i don't think getting jacque jones is the way to remedy that

    Maybe someone smarter than me can confirm, but isn't it pretty dumb to sue for libel for what's written in a book? Wouldn't Bonds have to prove that he didn't take steroids, which even if you're Rafael Belliard, it's 100% impossible to prove you didn't take something.

    In Clines' defenseThe Cubs did suck with RISP last season, and it's a reason why they didn't score that many runs. but that's hard to improve, it's mostly luck. Walks, on the other hand, are easier to improve. And should have been a focus during Hendry's offseason.
