    If soto hits .260 this year his OBP will be .370+ he has a great eye. Maybe even 2 great eyes.

    Remember when Lou put Soriano at second at the end of a game in 2008 and everyone was getting excited that Lou may move him back?

    McGeehee is pure luck... He was a projected utility player at best who would bring little offensively. I still think thats where he ends up.

    Anyone else getting tired of people jumping on Soriano so early in the season? Soriano is healthy and is most likely going to be the most productive outfielder on the team if healthy all season. Yes the contract sucks but any player in baseball would have taken the contract Soriano was offered.

    Just wait until the schedule shifts and the back 3 in their rotation catch a good team. The Cardinals right now are the best team in the central but they are far from a lock. If either Gorz or Silva continues to pitch well the Cubs rotation will be deeper than anyone in the central.

    I was thinking the same, the cubs will be fun to watch vs. LHP. I think once they get going this offense will be fun to watch as a whole. The bullpen is really the only thing in question... Anyone else think Tracy looks lost at the plate?

    hahah CSN Poll had Colvin listed with Rammy, Lee, Byrd and Soriano as to who will lead the team in HR's. If Colvin leads the team in home runs he better hit 35 or I am scared of what the team results would be.
