    Did the media force him to do a Super Bowl ad with his mom? I have yet to make one argument on this board that you didn't attempt to tear down, but good point anyway. The media is far from innocent in this whole matter though. I also fail to see how Tebow doing a commercial is "shoving his views down people's throats". Why do people take so much offense to people expressing perhaps different beliefs than their own?

    It's quite simple actually. Some people resent Tebow for his lifestyle and want him to fail because they construe his beliefs as more than personal choices, which they are thanks to the media. That's not really Tebow's fault though, yet he's the one getting attacked. People really need to start understanding how [expletive] evil most of the media is.

    Another move made seemingly to prove a point rather than what's actually best for the team. Did they actually take a look at our other safeties before doing this? Major Wright gets hurt more than Matt Stafford, Meriweather has looked as bad or worse than Harris, the man can't tackle. Conte has looked alright but is still a rookie and will have bumps in the road. Steltz is Steltz. So why further deplete an already shaky position? In other news, Michael Wilbon and Skip Bayless both think the Bears should sign T.O., although their reasoning centers largely around the idea that Cutler wouldn't take his crap. I actually think it would be worth a try, but of course the Bears won't do it because according to them we already have an elite group of receivers (yes they've actually said this). Poor player evaluation has been a recurring theme with this team. How many times have we seen them put confidence in average (at best) players? It's something both S and WR have in common right now.

I'm a Tampa Bay Lightning fan, but they got a pic like that too. Still, hockey is an entire level below basketball for me which itself is a quite a large level below baseball and football.

    Yup Berrian was cut this morning. Went from demanding a #1 WR type contract from the Bears to getting cut from one of the worst teams in football. Letting him walk was probably the best thing Angelo ever did.
