I assume no shot at 2 seed with the other divisions having 10 win teams and our poor conference record... Yeah Bears were eliminated from that when Carolina won on Sunday. The 2 NFC South teams have 10 wins already, so the best the Bears could do is tie them, and the Bears are only 4-6 in the conference vs. 7-3 for SF and 8-2 for NO (which doesnt matter bc the Saints beat the Bears head to head). Also I'm not sure how the Bears would most likely be the 3 seed, they are in the 4 seed right now. Obviously if the Bears can beat Philly this weekend the odds greatly increase though. Lets just worry about making it. If they beat Philly they'll either be the 3 seed or miss the playoffs, as they'll be a game up on them plus the head-to-head tiebreaker. They also have the tiebreaker over Dallas if they end up winning the East. Getting the 4 seed would require losing to Philly, the Lions losing again, and then of course beating GB. While the Lions could lose again, I have to think the first scenario is more likely. I agree though, just get in.
