Buddies and I found a cheap Adler Lot pass on StubHub for the Cowboys game last December. Granted, it was a Thursday night game and the Bears were all but eliminated from the playoffs, but it was easy in, easy out, awesome fans, awesome location.
Looks like Langford had the fastest 40 time among RBs at the combine, while White was 3rd among WRs. And we signed Royal. At the very least, Pace has added a lot of speed to the offense. No more slowest WRs in the NFL or whatever that stat was last year.
I wish we had taken Tevin Coleman in the 3rd and hoped that Grasu would still be there at 106. That said, I don't hate the Langford pick. Finished his career with 16 consecutive 100-yard games in Big Ten play. Seems like a pretty consistent player, and with NFL speed.
Would have been thrilled with White or Beasley, but I think they did the right thing. Jeffery, White, Royal, and Wilson is a solid, solid WR corps. Think I'll take my chances with Landon today, if he's still there.
...then you went like 12-4 against the Cubs the rest of the way. Not gonna happen this year. Yeah, I'd take our lineup over theirs without thinking now, especially with a broken Cutch.
wasn't this quote about mcclellin a second ago? I don't know what you're talking about. :ninja: ...I got a little excited and thought McClellin was gone this year, not next.
