I actually heard from a friend at the game that Solar emerged from the dugout with a sword and was shouting "My name is Inigo Montoya, you killed my father, prepare to die!" over and over while walking towards the other team. -
He's worse that Rey Ordonez was because at least Rey had a glove.

I went to Opening Days at Wrigley in 2007 and 2008 and both times the weather was miserable. 2008 was in the 60s. Very humid and it had just rained, but far from miserable by opening day standards. There was a 41 min rain delay and it was wet but you are correct that it wasn't as cold. 2007 was really bad. -

Marmol's mechanics have gotten worse over the years. He looks like he is pushing the ball towards the plate anymore. That as he seems overweight. Got the Nefi Perez gut and butt going. Even though I want him DFA'ed I understand they won't. However, if he goes into a middle relief or setup role and still fails you pretty much half to. The Cubs should give him the rest of the month to see how he does.

Thanks for the Wade correction. I missed him somehow on Iowa's roster. The last I read on Moscoso was at the end of March he'd been sent to Iowa but I don't see anything about him. Cardenas has no online updates since he was called up late in the season. I didn't see him in spring training so I am assuming he's no longer a part of the organization?
