  1. Maybe it's just a lack of at bats against Siegrist. And Will Smith And Matt Moore.
  2. Back to what you were doing in the first, Kyle.
  3. Without caring too much about this, having those two out front allows you to pinch hit Schwarber and Zobrist in front of Bryzzo if we are trailing late and facing a righty out of the pen. If we get up, who cares, and those two stay in for defense. But, really, I can't be bothered to care too much about an "F it" lineup.
  4. We're going to dong the hell out of this fool. And 2016 Hendricks will be back, throwing 88 mph gas.
  5. The Cardinals are bad enough that, even with Pixie Dust [expletive] being used on their rotation, they're still going to finish under .500.
  6. I didn't realize Cueto pitched pretty well, outside of the bombs. He had the ol' John Lackey Special tonight.
  7. I saw Robinson pitch in Burlington. They don't have a gun there. But he definitely wasn't bringing much heat. I assumed it was high 80s-low 90s. But his curve did look good. He had hitters looking foolish against it the whole game.
  8. I'll take one more Jon Lester, please.
  9. Mariotti's twitter feed is the saddest thing ever. He posts links to his podcast everyday and practically all of them have no likes, retweets, or replies.
  10. This is getting pretty funny. But it's actually been a big help with the rotation struggles and some extra-inning affairs and double headers.
  11. Jon's going to make them glad that they didn't have to play a 5th game last year.
  12. I should mention that Pereda only reminds me of Willson because they look similar behind the plate. He definitely doesn't have that kind of athleticism and doesn't play with the same kind of passion, not to mention the differences with the bat.
  13. I wish I could see Vlad Jr. some more, though. He's mesmerizing. And it's freaky how much he's like his dad. It's hard to wrap my mind around a Vladimir Guerrero clone that is patient at the plate.
