    If Gorzelanny is pitching well, I might be for that but I can't imagine Lou/Hendry doing it.

    Thought I'd throw this out to get some opinions. I'm thinking it's time to ditch footballguys for my fantasy football info and I'm trying to decide if I want to sign up for another site or if it's even worth it. I have a few friends who are big fans of thehuddle, but I'm not sure it's really worth it. Any suggested sites people would recommend?

    I thought I read somewhere that Geo might be in tomorrow night's starting lineup. Did anyone else see that? Lou was at least hinting at the possibility. I don't remember specifically where I read it, but it was definitely mentioned as a possibility. everything i've read has indicated he'd join the team Thursday in Denver. he's supposed to be catching 7 innings for Tennessee tonight, unless something has changed.

    yeah, supposed to be cleared out by about 6-7 eastern. i think they'll play.

    they probably will either now or when Soto gets activated. either way, a decision has to be made on Miles/Blanco/Baker/Hoffpauir before the end of the week I guess. i can't imagine they'd go with 11 pitchers again with very few off-days coming up after Thursday.

    put me in the camp that prefers Blanco to Miles, but it probably doesn't make much difference. i think it might be Baker that goes instead though. he's basically what Miles is supposed to be, the platoon partner for Fontenot and back-up 3B (aside from Fox).

    watching Hill at the plate is painful. i can't wait to see Geo back in the lineup this weekend.

    if he's going to play in the fall league, it should be at 3B, LF, RF, 1B and/or C, which i'm guessing is what will actually happen. i think this is an idea that will go nowhere so i'm not terribly concerned about it. bring him back next year in the same role he's in now. if he has a reasonable handle on all the positions above, he'll get plenty of playing time.

    as frustrated as i am with Gregg, the thing i'd like to see most is keeping Heilman out of close games. jesus, lou, this isn't that hard to figure out.

    was this from a lou post-game conference? i gotta believe he's just talkin' out of his ass there and i can't imagine he's actually considering doing that. they'll still have 7 relievers after they (probably) send Samardzija down Tuesday.

    dammit i was thinking this was a day game and just came to check the lineups. no idea why i was thinking that.

    To this day, that makes me want to strangle puppies. same for me. that actually bothers me much more than the Bartman and/or Gonzalez plays. physical mistakes happen, but that was just a god-awful decision that was inexcusable. may not have changed the outcome of the game, but still horrible.

    plus Dusty opting to face Lowell instead of Lenny Harris in game one plus the fact that there was another entire game they could have one etc... who cares?
