And I can't decide if I like it or not.

Question: When evaluating minor league players is it wrong to judge them on their numbers? Are they sometimes working on things, etc., and the team doesn't care about the stats? The reason I ask is I was looking at the Brewers' prospects from last year's trades and all their numbers are kind of blah, as is their top SS propect despite hitting in Colorado.
