In fairness didn't almost every D'back hit like crazy in that series?? Even Augie had a few hits I remember. @#%!$ Ojeda put up a 1.101 OPS in that series: 4-for-9 with a BB, HBP and 2b. Just for fun, I calculate the Diamondbacks as having a .358 BABIP and 20% HR/FB ratio for that series. The Cubs were .257 and 3.8%. Combining 2007 and 2008, the Cubs hit 60 fly balls and had 2 home runs to show for it, a 3.3% ratio. I don't know which one of those series was more frustrating to watch. At least we briefly had the lead off of DeRosa's HR in game 1 until Dempster started pitching like [expletive]. I don't know if I felt worse after Young led off game 3 with the HR off Hill in 07, or Loney's HR in 08' or Ramirez's ridiculous HR off of Marshall in 08 that he literally threw the bat at. Ugh, now I'm gonna go to bed angry tonight.
