I remember you talking about this last year, but don't remember the details. But how is he able to still pitch like Clayton Kershaw despite this? Is it just something that flares up and then goes away every once in a while? Yeah it can be managed from what he says but will flare up/no guarantees to know how long it can be managed for. This is all 2nd/3rd hand but my buddy said he had no choice to have the surgery because of the different physical requirements of the NBA vs pitching. The management that Kershaw does just wouldn't hold up playing basketball but it can for a pitcher/MLB player but will have flare ups like he had today with no real way of knowing when they will flare up, how serious or how much time to recover, etc.
