this was my (and, i assume, most of america's) first thought, too. Hogan or Amendola will somehow stay healthy for the first time ever and replicate or exceed his production exactly

Yup. Len brought up a good point. Would you rather play the Dodgers in a best of 5 or best of 7? Obviously winning the division is best but his point was a team as Vaunted as the Dodgers its easier to win the shorter series What's everyone's take on the Dodgers in general? Obviously they are playing historically well, but am not significantly more concerned about playing them verses someone like Washington for example. Maybe I should be? I don't think they make it out of the DS, whoever they plays. If Harper, Strasburg and Scherzer are all healthy I kinda think the Nats are a little tougher to be honest.

So Hector's velo is fixed but he still sucks, maybe it's time he goes back to the over the head/wind up? That's what he did when he was elite last year and broke FIP, since the injury he's been out of the stretch full-time.

Vaunted Travis Shaw, he's been actually good this year, was shown hobbling to the locker room with the trainer in the 9th after hitting a ball off his foot/leg.
