The greatest team of all time, Dodgers, are close to being swept out of Philly for a 4 game series and Justin Turner had to leave the game after a HBP to his hand/wrist and Seager has been sitting out games lately with a elbow/arm and ankle injury. They aren’t going to even hit our 103 mark from last year.

Davies is at ~20 innings over his career high in innings and got bombed in his last start, hopefully he's starting to wear down -

No, I thought ahead here. Since trading Schwarber from my fantasy team fixed him, and Lester is on my team, I'll just have to trade him, too. Update: Just released him from my fantasy team 30 minutes ago. He'll be good to go for the playoffs. Are you picking up all Nationals, Dodgers, D'backs, and Brewers available?

ty for being pessimistic about how the cubs will probably win the nl central. what pessimistic view do you have them on winning the WS in 2017? I think they are better than the Rockies and of the 4 coming out of that side, Dodgers, D’Backs, Brewers, Rockies I’d easily pick the Rockies as the teams to face in the NLCS of the 4 (I know them getting there is unlikely but at least would like them to get in to have a shot at it).

Yeah it really sucks, he was having a big year and this is likely going to cost him a ton of money (the labrum isn’t nearly as easy to come back from as TJS). I think the Brewers had at least 3 pitchers this year get hurt batting/running bases. Somehow we will still face Nelson 7 times next year even if he’s not back until August.

Yeah I'd be really surprised if he's not in LF or CF for every Scherzer/Strasburg game in the DS. It's going to come down to only one of Happ, Jay or Schwarber getting a start imo. Either Zobrist/Jay/Heyward left to right, Zobrist/Happ/Heyward left to right or Schwarber/Heyward/Zobrist left to right. Agree, I'd go Schwarber in LF, Happ in CF then whichever one of Zobrist/Heyward they like for the matchup in RF. Just don't think it happens, it's gonna be Zobrist/Jay/Heyward at least in Game 1 vs Scherzer.

Would be really nice to clinch the division and eliminate them from the playoffs in St Louis. Of course, rolling the Brewers and celebrating in Mileaukee would be nice also. Mainly I want them to clinch the division with a win so we get a celebration on the field. if the magic number is down to 2 for one of those milwaukee games, i'm gonna have to make the drive up. If they can clinch Sunday I may head to the game, I think Saturday is the fastest they can do it but I have a golf tournament that day so sunday would be the only day I could go.
