  1. Inning went off the rails when Adbert walked Daniel horsefeathering Robertson. You have to make him swing, not throw a 3-2 breaking ball nowhere near the zone
  2. Even by Javy standards of just hacking at everything that AB was atrocious
  3. He might just really suck. He’s like a worse version of Javy at the plate with the Ks and contact issues, he walks a touch more but doesn’t have the raw power and obviously brings nothing on defense or base running.
  4. Really seems like a game Sogard should’ve started with our struggles vs Peralta/VB pitching/Fastballs. If he’s gonna be rostered this seems like a type of matchup and just overall series with Woodruff and Burnes looming he should be playing a lot.
  5. Letting Underwood go and deciding to keep Winkler, Brothers, Maples etc over him was such a dumb decision
  6. I’m fine letting Mills, Maples, Workman and Brothers finish this off. Would rather save Tepera and Adam for a game we could win.
  7. Yeah he hit to a lot of horsefeathers today and his approach/irons and putting are horsefeathers. He miss hit a ton of approach shots by 5-10+ yards, which for these guys is enormous. Not having the green books I think greatly affects him since he’s such an information and not a feel guy. He’s still too talented and a hard worker that he likely wins a Masters at some point but think it’s a few years away. I think he's 6 under par since you've said this. The conditions softening up definitely helped him today and would assume he went and got in the lab last night to figure out all the miss hits with the yardage.
  8. Kind of seems like his plan to overwhelm Augusta may not work that well.
  9. That legitimately may be the first time I’ve ever seen Bote make contact on 90+ above his belt
  10. DFA Winkler, he’s walked 15 guys in 21 innings here. His stuff isn’t nearly good enough to get away with that horsefeathers. Hopefully Wick can be up soon.
  11. horsefeathers off Winkler you piece of trash
  12. That was a really weird inning by Heyward
  13. Javy is legit playing himself to pre-2018 levels where he shouldn’t be an everyday starter vs certain matchups
  14. Lol, the reds (57) have more runs than the Cubs and Brewers COMBINED (46) have hits this year
  15. Yes but, to appear so feeble and having absolutely no chance in every at bat? He’s probably in the top 5-7 SP in the NL and top 7-12 pitchers in MLB
  16. They’ve always struggled against Woodruff, Peralta and Suter and just Brewers pitching in general the last few years for whatever reasons. So this is somewhat to be expected but man it’s frustrating.
  17. Best chance to win is to just keeping hitting balls at Hirua and hope he fucks up
  18. Javy Baez since May of 2019 (692 PAs) .247/.282/.453, 89 wRC+, 4 BB/30 K %, .319 BABIP. Gross
  19. Fight the whole team Willy, horsefeathers these assholes. That’s like the 4th-5th time they’ve hit us this series including a head shot on Willy.
  20. Like 6 combined feet away from 3 dongs tonight
  21. I’d rather this lineup face prime Pedro than Peralta and Suter for 9 innings. They never hit them.
  22. This doesn't seem to make sense with DJ, Gleyber, Urshela and others on the roster. But the Rangers are eating almost all of his remaining salary. Neither Urshela, Andujar, or especially Gleyber are acceptable major leaguers in the middle infield, and the only other name I see on that depth chart is a quad-A guy(Tyler Wade), so adding a second baseman who isn't a danger to himself with the glove feels like a move worth making. Voigt I think is our for awhile too yet, maybe they want to shift DJ or Andujar to 1B. I don’t think Odor is anything special but he’s the best defender of that bunch and with the short RF porch he could hit 25+ HRs there
